Referrals Tracking System

This is how your referrals are tracked:

1. Own Shop
2. Session
3. Cookie
4. IP address + User Agent (browser)

As some of the tracking techniques might not always work (for example when a customer clears cookies) we use several techniques in order to properly track your customers and sales through your referrals.

1. Own Shop

You always receive bonuses for all sales through your shops. On top of that all customers registered in your own shops are signed under you in referral tree. You receive a commission in case they buy something in our shops. You receive bonuses if they participate in our affiliate program.

We track customers visiting your shop or even viewing your shop export blocks (see IP address tracking). That is why you can place direct links to our websites (for example Voxby.com or Affiliate Program). See a complete list of our websites.

2. Session Cookie

Always works. Session cookie resets when the browser is closed.

• Example:
• A customer clicks on your referral link to our website.
• Our system recognizes him/her as your customer and you will receive a bonus if he places an order.

3. Cookies

Often Works. Less than 1% of users have cookies turned off. We set our tracking cookie for 90 days. If customer visits this domain again partner program will remember it.

• Example:
• A customer clicks on your referral link to our website.
• Closes the browser.
• Turns off the computer.
• Visits our website in three months.
• Our system will recognize him/her as your customer and you will receive a bonus if he makes a purchase.

4. IP address + User Agent (browser)

We track visitors coming to your shop by IP and User Agent (browser version). You receive a bonus if they later (within 4 hours) come to any of our websites and place an order. This tracking technique only works for shops hosted on Pushline.com. You should use our Tracking Image in case you have a website hosted on server other than Pushline.com.

Tracking Image

You can associate customers when they are visiting your pages using invisible 1x1 pixel image. This tracking technique works well if you have a website on your own hosting.

Example:

Example 1:

• A customer does a search on Google using "phone cards" keywords.
• He/she then visits your shop hosted on Pushline.com, leaves and later visits ComFi.com or Masterbell.com and purchases a phone card.
• Our system recognizes him/her as your customer and you receive a bonus.

Example 2:

• You have your remote shop on your own hosting.
• You place an invisible Tracking Image in your HTML code.
• You place a direct link to our website Voxby.com.
• When a customer leaves your website, goes to Voxby.com and places an order, our system recognizes him as your customer and you will receive a bonus.
